Eligibility

• Corporate Relations Officer:  A postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Manager Executive Education and Consulting: Postgraduate qualification in Management or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.
• Estate Officer: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with at least 50% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university or institution.
• Assistant Manager Executive Education and Consulting: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university/institution; a postgraduate qualification would be desirable. Relevant experience in programme administration, executive education, training coordination, event management or institutional administration.
• Assistant Manager Programme and Campus Operations: Master’s degree in management with at least second class (50% marks) from a reputed University / Institution. (or) CA/ICWA (or) master’s degree in any discipline AND a Post Graduate Diploma in any field of Management.
• IT Support Engineer Network & Security: B.Tech/ B.E in Electronics/ECE/CSE/IT or MCA on a regular basis with 6 years’ post qualification experience at the L3 level.
• Editorial Assistant: Post graduation in any field, with at least second class (50% marks). Post-graduation in management will be preferred. 
• Hindi Supervisor: Master’s degree from a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level (50% marks).

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Corporate Relations Officer: ₹70,000 to ₹ 80,000
• Manager Executive Education and Consulting: Rs. 75,000/- and Rs. 90,000/- per month. 
• Estate Officer:  Rs. 75,000/- and Rs. 90,000/- per month. 
• Assistant Manager Executive Education and Consulting: Rs. 55,000/- and Rs. 70,000/- per month.
• Assistant Manager Programme and Campus Operations: Rs. 60,000/- and Rs. 75,000/-
• IT Support Engineer Network & Security:  Rs. 60,000/- and Rs. 75,000/-
• Editorial Assistant: Rs. 30,000/- and Rs. 40,000/-
• Hindi Supervisor: Rs. 30,000/- and Rs. 40,000/-
