The Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur is seeking a Project Assistant – Technical to join a research project titled “Sustainable Hydrogen from Hybrid Biogas Reforming Using Waste Derived Coe Resistant and Stable Catalysts with LCA Based Performance Assessment.” This project is sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), a statutory body under the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB). The project aims to develop innovative solutions for sustainable hydrogen production using advanced catalytic processes.

Project Details

Project Title: “Sustainable Hydrogen from Hybrid Biogas Reforming Using Waste Derived Coe Resistant and Stable Catalysts with LCA Based Performance Assessment (UCP)”.

Tenure: 24 Months or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in science or a 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology. A B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or research experience in catalysis or reactor operation is preferred. The age limit is 35 years, with possible relaxations as per sponsor agency rules.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Up to Rs. 27,000, depending on qualifications and experience. HRA is applicable, and there is a 15% increment for every 3 years of experience, up to a maximum of 12 years.
