The National Institute of Technology Rourkela is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Project Associate (PA)-I. This position is part of a project funded by the Naval Research Board, focusing on the development of a mechanical underwater noise generator. The engagement is purely temporary and will conclude with the project’s completion.

Project Title: “Design, Fabrication 8 Characterization of a Compact low frequency Mechanical Underwater noise generator”.

Duration: One Year

Funded by: NAVAL RESEARCH BOARD

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B. Tech/B.E. and/or M. Tech. in any discipline with more than 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and qualifying degrees. Alternatively, an M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics is acceptable. One second-class is permitted in either 10th or 12th. Enrolment in a Ph.D. program is applicable for M. Tech or B. Tech holders.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 30,000/- per month + HRA
