The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Junior Research Fellow and Senior Project Associate. Project Details

Project Title: “Low overhead MBIST for embedded memories in SoCs”.

Duration: Initially for one year. May be extended depending on the performance. The position is co terminus with the project.

Eligibility

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E./MTech. /MS(R) /M.Sc. or equivalent degree in CSE/ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design and Embedded Systems.
• Senior Project Associate (SPA): Doctoral Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology in CSE/ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied disciplines from a recognized University or equivalent.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- + 20% HRA
• Senior Project Associate (SPA): Rs. 42,000/- + 20% HRA
