Project Details
Project Title: “Functional characterization of genomeedited lines for discovering novel genes regulating grain mineral contents in Indica rice”
PI: Dr. Hasthi Ram, Scientist, BRIC-NIPGR
Eligibility
For Senior Research Fellow, candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned in the DST Office Memorandum number DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 dated 26/06/2023 and having Master’s degree in any branch of Biological /Life Sciences with 60% (or Equivalent) marks or an equivalent degree in any branch of Biological/Life Sciences with two years post-master’s degree experience in research are eligible to apply. For Project Associate-II, candidates having Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent and fulfilling the guidelines as per DST-OM number SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated July 10, 2020 and having two years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Senior Research Fellow/Project Associate-II (One Post): Emoluments Rs. 42000/- + 27% HRA
