Project Details

Project Title: “Research and Development of Location and Quantification of Partial Discharges in Power Cables”

Duration: For a period of three year

PI: Prof. C. C. Reddy, Professor, Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Ropar

Eligibility

Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.Tech/M.E. in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems / High Voltage Engineering / and any other relevant area from a recognized university with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks along with a valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET Score.

Field Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science / 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology area from a recognized Institution

Project Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science / 3 years Assistant 1 Diploma in Engineering & Technology area from a recognized Institution

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 + HRA as per norms
  • Field Assistant: Rs. 27000 + HRA as per norms
  • Project Assistant: Rs. 27000 + HRA as per norms
