The National Institute of Technology, Warangal, a premier engineering institution in India, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). Project Details
Project Title: “Physics-informed AI for Hydrological Forecasting in Peninsular India”.
Duration: 3 years

Eligibility
Candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG levels for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL categories, and a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PWD categories. Alternatively, a CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% of marks for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL categories and at least a CGPA of 7.0/10 or 65% for SC/ST/PWD categories is required. A B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or an equivalent degree, along with an MTech/M. E in a relevant Civil Engineering specialization, is essential. GATE qualification is not mandatory but desirable.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs 37,000/- per month for the first two years
- Rs 42,000/- per month during the third year based on performance
