The National Institute of Technology Raipur is seeking a qualified Research Associate-II (RA-II) to contribute to a sponsored project in the field of Cyber Security. Project Details

Project Title: “Next Generation Data Carving and Preservation Techniques for Storage Drive Forensics”.

Duration: The position is initially up to 31st December 2026, with the possibility of extension till 31st March 2027 from the date of joining, subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance.

Principle Investigator: Dr. Nitesh K Bharadwaj.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Computer Application. Alternatively, candidates with an M.E./MTech. in the aforementioned fields and three years of research, teaching, and development experience, along with at least one research paper published in an SCI or SCIE journal, are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python Programming.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs. 61,000/- per month + HRA
