Eligibility

  • Field Coordinator: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with 3 years’ experience in Aquaculture.
  • Pearl Culture Consultant: Master’s Degree in Fisheries with at least 6 years’ experience in Aquaculture.
  • Community Lead: Bachelor’s degree in science/Humanities with 2 years’ experience.
  • Technical Worker – Herbal Value Chain: M. Sc. in Life Sciences/ Horticulture with 1 year of experience.
  • Nutraceutical Expert: M. Sc. in Chemistry / Food Sciences with 3 years’ experience.
  • Unskilled Worker – Herbal Value Chain: 12th Passed with 3 years’ experience in horticulture cultivation.
  • Community Worker – Herbal Value Chain: 8th Pass with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Field Manager: Any graduate with 3 years of experience.
  • Technical Worker – Bioeconomy: Any graduate with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Community Worker – Bioeconomy: Class 8th passed with relevant experience.
  • Subject Matter Expert – Edible Gum Processing: M. Sc. in Food Science & Technology with adequate exposure in food production design.
  • Project Supervisor: Any graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Unskilled Worker – Edible Gum: 12th Pass out with 3 years of experience in Industry.
  • Implementing Associate: Any graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Field Coordinator: Rs. 45,000
  • Pearl Culture Consultant: Rs. 60,000
