Description
The Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is seeking a Junior Research Fellow for a project focused on developing rice stubble-based composite panels. These panels are intended as eco-friendly alternatives to polyurethane foam panels used in construction. The project will evaluate the mechanical and durability properties of these panels to ensure they meet BMTPC standard guidelines.

Eligibility
Candidates must have a first-class M.E./M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, CAD/CAM Engineering, Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a relevant discipline. A strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and materials is desirable, along with exposure to manufacturing and construction.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Consolidated Rs 37,000 per month + 10% HRA
