Description

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, Kurnool, is seeking applications for two Junior Research Fellow positions. These roles are part of a temporary project under the C2S initiative, sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). The project aims to develop hardware accelerator designs that enhance instruction-data level parallelism in high-performance computing and cyber-physical systems applications.

Position

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 6.5. Alternatively, candidates with a B.E/B.Tech in the same fields and an M.E/MTech in Microelectronics or VLSI design with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 are also eligible. Experience in digital system design, RTL design using Verilog/VHDL, IP integration using Xilinx Viv ado, and semi-custom ASIC design using EDA tools is desirable.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Rs. 37,000 per month (consolidated) for candidates with a GATE score
  • Rs. 30,000 per month (consolidated) for candidates without a GATE score
