Description
The National Institute of Technology Durgapur, under the Department of Chemical Engineering, is seeking a Senior Project Associate for a project titled “Design-to-Scale Framework for Solar-Assisted Membrane Systems for Lithium and Water Recovery from Lithium Mine Aqueous Streams: A Proof-of-Concept Study with Industry-Supported Deployment Strategy.” Sponsored by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), this project aims to develop a membrane system for the recovery of lithium and water using a Solar Driven DCMD system. The role involves modelling, preparation of technical reports, and writing research articles for publication.

Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Doctoral Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university, with specialization in membrane synthesis, characterization, modelling, application, and membrane process design. Preference will be given to women candidates with equal qualifications and experience.
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- ₹57,000 per month
