The Tata Institute of Social Sciences is seeking dedicated professionals for the roles of Programme Coordinator and Community Facilitator under its Water Resources Initiative. Eligibility

• Programme Coordinator: Master’s degree in social work, Urban Policy and Governance, Disaster Management, Public Health, Environmental Studies, Geography, or a related discipline. ● Desirable Skills and Experience in community-based risk assessment, disaster risk reduction, or participatory planning.
• Community Facilitator: The candidate must have a Graduate qualification in social work (B.A. in Social Work/MSW) from Central/Deemed/State-Recognised University. Prior experience of building relationships and working with any community as required by the project’s goals is must. Expertise over: English, Hindi, Marath

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Programme Coordinator: Rs. 60,000 per month
• Community Facilitator: Rs. 40,000 per month
