The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is seeking a qualified Project Research Scientist-I to contribute to a pioneering project titled “Cancer-on-Chip: Developing a state-of-the-art microfluidic diagnostic Organ-on-Chip (OoC) platform to study ex vivo chemo radiation sensitivity in breast cancer patients.” This project is sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and aims to advance research in cancer diagnostics and treatment.

Eligibility
Candidates must possess a first-class M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry. Preference will be given to those with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualifications and prior experience in DNA damage response, microfluidics, genomics, cancer biology, genome editing, confocal microscopy, and animal handling (mouse model).
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Rs 61,040 per month (including HRA) for the first two years
- Rs 64,092 per month in the third year as per ICMR norms
