Description

The CSIR-CFTRI, a prestigious national laboratory under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Project Associate-I. This position is part of a research initiative focused on developing a fluid-mechanics-based framework to enhance oil extraction processes. The selected candidate will engage in research and development activities, including experiments, computer simulations, data analysis, and report writing, contributing significantly to the project’s objectives.

Eligibility

Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Technology, B.Tech in Food Sciences & Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or an M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology or equivalent. Expertise in fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics is desirable. Applicants should not exceed 35 years of age as of the application deadline, and only those who have completed their qualifications are eligible to apply.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• Rs.31,000/- plus HRA for candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, etc.)
• Rs.25,000/- plus HRA for other candidates
