CPRI also serves as an independent authority for testing and certification of power equipment. Central Power Research Institute (CPRI) intends to engage following personnel on purely temporary basis. The various positions required are as under: The advertised positions are temporary in nature, period of engagement initially for one year. CPRI reserves the right to fill up the position or cancel the advertisement in whole or part without assigning any reason.

Eligibility
Project Engineer (CS) 1). First Class B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Science with minimum 2 years of experience in the area of cyber security / networking and knowledge of Linux /Unix / Kali Linux /Windows / Exposure to VAPT tools. OR First Class M.E/M.Tech in Cyber Security/Computer Science / Networking with Bachelor degree in Engineering in Computer Science /Information Science. Preference would be given for candidate with exposure to Cyber Security. 2). Weightage will be given to candidates having valid certification in Cyber Security
Project Engineer(SE) First Class M.E/M.Tech in Structural Engineering with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Project Associate BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with First Class. Preferably with experience in Transformer oil testing and other special tests as per IS:335-2018
Minimum Monthly Remuneration
- Project Engineer (CS) Consolidated Remuneration between Rs.30000/- to Rs.50000/-per month (all inclusive) depending upon the qualification and experience of the candidate.
- Project Engineer(SE) Consolidated Remuneration Rs.30000/- per month (all inclusive).
- Project Associate Consolidated Remuneration Rs.20000/- per month (all inclusive).
