1) The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in management preferably in HRM/OB/psychology with a minimum 2 years of research experience.

 Research-Assistant

HRM/OB/Psychology or related subjects.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

• The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 65,000/-, depending on qualification and expertise, plus HRA as per norms.
