Research Positions at MNNIT Allahabad

Description

The project “IPSA-Kumbh: Mapping the Impact of Floating Population on Sewerage during Maha Kumbh 2025” aims to study the effects of the large influx of people on the sewerage system during the Maha Kumbh event. The research positions are temporary and will last for three months or until the project concludes. The positions are governed by the rules of the funding agency and the service conditions of the Office of the Dean (Research & Consultancy) at MNNIT Allahabad.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for each position are as follows:

  • Research Associate: Ph.D. in relevant fields or M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch. with three years of experience and one publication.
  • Junior Research Fellow: Graduate degree in any engineering branch or MCA/M.Sc. with GATE/NET qualification.
  • Project Officer (Admin): B.Sc./B.Tech/Three-year Diploma or Graduation in Engineering and Technology with project management experience.

Minimum Monthly Remuneration

  • Research Associate: ₹58,000 + HRA @20%
  • Junior Research Fellow: ₹37,000 + HRA @20%
  • Project Officer (Admin): ₹38,000 + HRA @20%
